Mike and Tim McCaskill founded Best Loading Service, Inc. October 1996 and began loading and unloading freight in February 1997. Our company has grown substantially in size each year.

The technical and overall industry experience at the upper management level is both varied and considerable. Our five regional managers have a combined total of fifty years experience in both warehouse management and logistics. Our corporate office manager in Memphis has over 30 years experience in customer service.

Our corporate office manager at our headquarters in Memphis has over twenty-five years experience. She is familiar with various Warehouse Management Systems and is certified with HFA, SAP, and PKMS.

The president of our company has 15 years experience in finance and is NASD and SEC certified with a series 63 and series 6 licenses. He is currently working on his MBA to keep up with current business trends.

Our executive vice president was ISO customer service certified while employed by IBM and has experience with computer technology ranging from AS-400S to water-cooled main frames.

Our company operations manager has over twenty-five years experience in public warehousing and logistics. His background in consolidation, distribution management, and warehouse systems is unique. His experience with fold-out and start-up facilities has allowed our company to place a discriminate emphasis on effectively transitioning our services into existing operations with minimal disruption and increased productivity from day one.

All of our account managers are certified to train our associates on power equipment.
